Gua Sha Treatment
Description
Gua Sha is a Traditional Chinese Medicine technique that has its roots in Taoist Medicine. When preforming this technique we use a smooth-edged tool and rhythmically stroke your lubricated skin in such a way that encourages the nerves and muscles “talk” to each other. It’s amazingly effective at resolving pain and a host of other issues.
