Our office is located between the UPS store and The Moped Company. Look for the Mopeds Direct sign hanging from the awning. Next to the Mopeds Direct shop you will see a driveway fronted by a brown fence. Come down the driveway, through the bamboo gate on the left, up the stairs in the garden area, through the open door at the top of the stairs, and enter through the Aqua colored door on your left.

Parking on Kapahulu has recently become a bit more difficult… please arrive early in order to find a place to park.

Street parking is available anywhere around the entire block. There are usually spots on Date Street, but it becomes a tow-away zone at 3:00. Safeway parking lot is also an option. There are metered stalls on Kapahulu in front of our building but the meters are only one hour so your therapist may have to leave your session to feed the meter. There is a public parking lot behind the Pizza Hut located on the corner of Kapahulu and Palani streets at the mauka end of block. However payment is thru an unreliable phone app and the owner has increased the rate to $6 for 2 hours. If you choose to park there you may want to download the “PayByPhone Parking” app from your App Store before your session and give yourself plenty of time to get your payment to go thru.

Please note the cancellation policy: Clients are responsible for their reserved time. If said client does not show up for their scheduled treatment, client will be charged the full amount of their scheduled service. If said client cancels with less than 20 hours of their treatment, client will be charged 50% of their scheduled service. The Pain Relief Center gives the practitioner the discretion to waive the fee if they seem fit.
